What this website collects

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, it does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no database or server that stores anything you type.

The quote form on the contact page does not send data to this website or to any third-party form service. It assembles the details you enter into a message and hands that message to WhatsApp or to your phone's SMS app. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in that app, and nothing is retained here.

What happens when you contact us

When you call, text or message Carlo's Premium Detail on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. We use that only to quote and schedule your service.

Those messages are handled by your phone carrier or by WhatsApp under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Hosting

The site is served by a static hosting provider, which keeps standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and reliability. We do not have access to those logs for marketing purposes.

Third-party links

We link to our profiles on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Once you follow one of those links, that platform's privacy policy applies.
